"I had a very disappointing stay, as the room provided to me was in extremely poor condition. When I raised a complaint, the staff themselves admitted that this room is usually not allocated to guests and were unsure how it was assigned to me. This was very concerning and reflects poor management and quality control. Additionally, I was given tap water filled into a Bisleri bottle, which is completely unacceptable and misleading, especially when sealed bottled water is a basic expectation. The washroom was also highly unhygienic and uncomfortable, making the stay even more unpleasant. Overall, the experience was far below acceptable standards, and I genuinely feel that my money was wasted due to the poor service and facilities provided."

"We ( couple)booked the hotel through Goibibo. They gave us room at ground floor. The room was terrible, no ventilation, no proper mobile network and WiFi. The AC was not working properly, water leaking through the AC, its remote is of no use.The bed was completely is in bad condition in which you can literally feel several springs below the bed. There were a heaviness in the air due to no ventilation, room was a bit smelly, we have to open our gate for few hours for fresh air. The door was hard to open and also hard to close as it is very tight. The lighting of the room is also poor, they are using old round LED bulbs. Overall review it just bad. We are not going to stay at this hotel ever again."
